To this end, we have extended our Interest Only range, giving you the opportunity to take advantage of an Interest Only mortgage with an initial fixed rate period that can last for 3 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years or 10 years. At the end of this initial fixed rate period, the interest rate and the monthly repayment amount will be revised every quarter and calculated on the basis of the 3 months Euribor.
