Down payment / Apport

The down payment or personal contribution is the part of purchase price which the buyer pays in cash and which is not included in the BNP Paribas mortgage. Usually, the down payment is to be paid at the time of the completion of the purchase. When financing the purchase of a property with a BNP Paribas mortgage the personal contribution is the difference between the purchase price and the mortgage amount requested.
