Bridging loan / Prêt relais

A bridging loan, also called a swing loan, is a special type of loan on a short-term period, allowing you to buy a second asset without having to sell your current property immediately. Its maximum period is two years. Its minimum amount is €75.000. With BNP Paribas International Buyers, you can borrow up to 80% of the value of the property being sold. This kind of mortgage is only available if associated with a long term mortgage.
