Valuation Appraisal

A valuation appraisal is carried out in most instances. However, it is important to note that this may vary slightly from the mortgage survey traditionally performed in your country.
The appraisal is undertaken by an assessor rather than a qualified surveyor. Any structural defects may therefore not be identified. The purpose of the valuation appraisal is for loan assessment only and the results are not released to applicants. If applicable, it will be arranged by BNP Paribas International Buyers at no expense to the borrower.
