Equity release

The equity release mortgage allows you to release equity based on the current value of your property. The funds can be used for projects such as home improvement or other.
The mortgage funds can not be used for professional, commercial or speculative use.
This mortgage is not available to SCIs and to certain sole traders and owners of commercial companies based in France.
