Post finance

If you have bought your French property with personal funds within the last year, BNP Paribas International Buyers can offer you a post-finance mortgage for this acquisition by releasing the required funds to you via your French notary. The same conditions apply as for acquisition finance, i.e. maximum 85% of price for repayment mortgages and 80% for Interest Only. Our only requirement is that we receive your mortgage application within 12 months from the date that you signed the “acte authentique de vente” at the notary’s office.
