In order to better respond to your demand of benefiting from optimum security at the best price and conditions, BNP PARIBAS International Buyers has created a new product responding to all these needs: the CAPPED rate.
The actual context is perfect for this kind of new product.
You can benefit from the Euribor rate that is historically low.
We observed a new trend: you are more to keep your French property less than 10 years (8 years for an acquisition, 9 for a rental investment and 10 years for a refinancing).
The CAPPED rate can be applied for many projects: acquisition (new or old, with or without renovation), refinancing or Equity Release. Available on repayment products with duration from 12 to 30 years, its rate is indexed on the Euribor 3 month. We offer you a cap length of 7 to 10 years.
In application, during this period of 7 to 10 years, you are protected from rate increases by a cap of 2% and you will fully benefit from rate decreases, without lower cap.
After this first period, if the rate increases, your monthly instalments remain stable, only the loan duration is increased under the limitation of 5 years. Should your loan term be prolonged for more than 5 years, your instalment is reviewed on the basis of the INSEE index rate.
