This loan is used to bridge the financial gap between the ultimate sale and the imminent acquisition of two properties in France in association with a long-term mortgage.  It offers you the possibility of taking out a loan of a minimum €75 000 for a maximum period of two years.
 

Plus point

  • The term of this mortgage is up to 2 years.
  • You can borrow up to 80% the estimated value of the property being sold.
  • Early capital repayments are possible at any time.

Advantages:

  • A bridging loan enables you to go ahead and purchase your new property without having to sell your existing property immediately and in so doing you can wait until it has reached its best market price.
  • A deferred payment period is possible up to 36 months
